"Fast processing, but I felt overlooked"
It did get processed fast, which I appreciated. But i kind of felt ignored during the whole thing, like there wasn’t much communication or acknowledgment along the way.

"A little disappointing on the pricing"
I was kind of disappointed because I ended up finding better prices elsewhere after checking around a bit. It’s not that the whole experience was terrible or anything, but when you realize you could’ve paid less for the same thing somewhere else, it definitely makes you feel like you should’ve compared options first. I guess I expected the pricing to be a little more competitive, so that part was a letdown for me

The refund process was much slower than I expected. After a while I started worrying I was being fooled or that the money wasn’t actually coming back. It did make the whole experience stressful

"Setting up my account was painless, and…"
Setting up my account was painless, and keeping track of everything has been easy so far. I had to update some info too, and maybe I was expecting it to be more annoying than it was, but it didn’t give me any trouble. Login worked fine, the dashboard was clear enough, and I found what I needed quickly. I don’t know, maybe I’m just easily impressed, but I really don’t have any big complaints.

"A bit worn, but readable"
The book had some wear on it, definitely more wear than I was hoping for. The cover and edges looked a little beat up, and you could tell it had been handled quite a bit. That said, the pages were clean enough, and I didn’t notice any major marks inside. I just wish the wear had been mentioned more clearly, because it was worn.

I sold a couple of textbooks here and, to be fair, the payment did come through without any real issues. That said, it took a few days after they received my books, so I was kind of wondering what was going on for a bit. Nothing shady happened, but I wouldn’t call it fast either. Reliable enough, just don’t expect instant payment.

"ISBN matched perfectly every time"
I tried BooksRun because I had a few textbooks with almost the same titles and different editions, and I didn’t wanna risk picking the wrong ones.

The ISBN search made it super easy. It pulled up the exact books I had and didn’t confuse them with older editions or random cover versions, which I’ve definitely had happen on other sites.
Overall, it was straightforward and saved me from having to guess. I’d use them again for sure.

"Late delivery and confusing tracking"
The tracking was barely updating and when it did, it showed info that didn’t even seem right. My book ended up arriving late, and when I contacted support, they basically just told me to keep waiting. It felt like the goalposts kept moving instead of anyone actually giving me a straight answer
